  • Issues around health were frequently rated as sources of stress for Australians: personal health issues personal health issues (42%); issues with trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle (39%) and issues with the health of close ones (36%) were commonly identified (source: Australian Psychological Society, Stress and wellbeing in Australia survey 2014.)

These levels of stress can cause serious implications for both your physical and mental wellbeing and the wellbeing of your children
